He is survived by: his children, Michael Crawley of Newark, NJ, Leon Crawley of Portsmouth, VA, Fern Marie Crawley Higgs of Portsmouth, VA and Joann Townson of South Boston, VA; and his siblings, Manuel Crawley of Irvington, NJ, Betty Battle of Willingboro, NJ, Pauline Roberts of East Orange, NJ and Irene Davis of Portsmouth, VA. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.
