He is survived by: his wife Melba Spain Fowlkes of Chase City, VA; his stepson Omar S. Lewis (Katrina) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Marques and Damion Fowlkes; his stepgrandchildren, Braze and Nadia Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Anthony of Washington and Elijah Fowlkes. He is also survived by six sisters-in-law, six brothers-in-law.
