He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude A. Petersen, Sr. and Mildred Queen Petersen; and his brother Doug Petersen. He is survived by: his wife Jane Petersen; his son Burch Petersen; his brother Wayne Petersen; his grandsons, Haydon Petersen and Ethan Petersen; his niece Tara Petersen; and his nephew Damon Petersen.
