He is survived by: his wife Helen Smith Haskins; his children, Charlie Haskins, III (Mitzi) of Lynchburg, VA and Sonya Haskins (Ricky) of Clarksville, VA; his granddaughter Nykol Kheteary Haskins of Appomattox, VA; his great grandchild Kennedy Nykol Harriston of Appomattox, VA; his sisters, Mary Urquhart of Chesapeake, VA, Alma Nelson (Daniel McDonald) of Fredericksburg, VA and Margaret Mosley (Willie) of Red Oak, VA; his sisters-in-law, Annie Tucker, Eva Gayles, Ella Jean Puryear, Ruby Williams, Deborah Jones (Lloyd), Irene Tucker and Carolyn Burwell (Fredrick); his nephew James Parrish (Dionne); and his friends, James Boyd and Kenny Haskins. He is also survived by numerous loving cousins and caring friends.
