He was predeceased by: his parents, Odes Duckworth and Effie Wagner Duckworth. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Young Duckworth; his children, LeAnne Duckworth Lavenets, Tina Paige Duckworth Mayes and Douglas Charles Duckworth; his sister Jeanette Duckworth Wilborn; his former wife Nell Breedlove Duckworth; and his brothers, Wagner and Odes Duckworth.
