He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Earl Clark and Jean Wilkerson Clark. He is survived by: his wife Gail S. Clark; his son William Jeremy Clark (Cathy); his grandson William Cameron Clark; his stepmother Dorothy R. Clark; his brothers, Phil Clark (Linda), Steve Clark and Donna Gregory; and his friends, James Boyd, Monty Tharpe, Tom Baugh and Donnie Robbins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
