He is survived by: his father Thomas Osborne; his children, Leon Carpenter of Emporia, VA and Chantress Williams of Durham, NC; his siblings, Verna Lee Osborne of Harrisonburg, VA, Brenda Henry of Norfolk, VA, Otis of Washington, DC and Troy Osborne of Washington, DC; his aunts and uncles, Essie Brown, Betty Puryear, Peggy Spearman, Alice Burton, Annie Jefferson, Mildred Walker, Mary Smith, Walter Walker, Billy Osborne, James Osborne and Joseph Osborne; and his friend Yvette Timberlake. He is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
