It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilfrid Paul Wilkinson III (Charlottesville, Virginia), who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Dolores; and his parents, Wilfrid P Wilkinson, Jr. and Margaret Wilkinson. He is survived by: his children, W. Paul Wilkinson IV, Kathleen Pala, A. James, Timothy Wilkinson, Kelly Coffin and Matthew Wilkinson (Sarah); his grandchildren, Wilfrid P. Wilkinson V (Elizabeth), Joseph M. Wilkinson, LT Anthony James Pala, Kathleen M, Sean Pala, T. Charles Wilkinson, Jr., John Wilkinson, Peter Coffin (Savannah), Greg Coffin (Lauren), Corinna Perkins, Christopher Coffin (Micaela), Hayward Wilkinson and Finbar Wilkinson; and his great grandchildren, Eliza (Greg), Melody, Camilla (Wil) and Adeline (Jack).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hill and Wood Funeral Home (201 1st St N, Charlottesville, VA 22902). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (401 Alderman Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
