He is survived by: his mother Josephine Williams; his wife Veronica Chambers; his siblings, Edward Rollings, Ted Chambers, Eliza Elijah, Linda Dent (Paul), Cathy Cheatham and Brenda Chambers; and his children, Michael Goodwin, Keith Brice (Kate) and Mirakle E. Chambers. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
The lying in state was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. F. Bell Funeral Home (108 6th St NW, Charlottesville, VA 22903). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the J. F. Bell Funeral Home, Inc. (108 6th St NW, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
