He is survived by: his wife Nancy Spaulding; his children, Jessica Peters, Aimee Sims (Dedrick), Lynne Patrick (Lee), Derrick Heffner (Heather), James Hastings (Lisa), Bobby Hastings and Danny Hastings; his brother Robert Spaulding (Sue); and his friend Deborah Hatfield. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
