He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Jordan Pierce, Sr. and Mabel Marie Allen Pierce; and his siblings, Clinton Pierce, Jr., Richard Pierce, Russell Pierce and Shirley Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Karen White Pierce of Waynesboro; his children, Keisha Pierce Saunders (Omari) of Centreville, Corinne Pierce Allers (Michael) of Charles Town, WV and Joseph Pierce of Lynchburg; his sisters, Deborah Adams of Roanoke, Margie Matlock (Ronnie) of Columbus, OH, Juanita Christian of Columbus and Sylvia Jean Jones (Leonard) of Covington; his grandchildren, Lukas Pierce, Landon Pierce, Zayden Saunders, Zoe Saunders and Pierce Allers; and his cousin Leonard Allen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
