It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Lee Shifflett of Charlottesville, Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Janice Roberta Sacra Shifflett; and her son T. C. Cowgill. She is survived by: her father Dewey Lee Shifflett; her daughter Barbara Morris (Kenneth); and her siblings, Jonathan, Mark, Jason, Dewey Lee Shifflett Jr., Mary S. Mick and Jennifer Shifflett. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren.
