He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Breeden and Sallie Breeden; and his brothers, Wilbert Breeden and Melvin Breeden. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Wood Breeden; his sister Audrey Breeden; his children, Randolph Wayne Breeden Jr. (Sheila Breeden) and Stephanie Breeden Dudley (Michael Dudley); his grandchildren, Jessica Workinger (Jonathan Workinger), Amber Wright (Eric Wright), Randolph Wayne Breeden III (Sarah Breeden) and Randolph Carl Dudley (Randy); and his great grandchildren, Summer Wright and Jaxon Workinger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hill and Wood Funeral Home - Charlottesville Chapel (201 1st St S, Charlottesville, VA 22902). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Monticello Memory Gardens (670 Thomas Jefferson Pkwy, Charlottesville, VA 22902).
