With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jeanne Payne (Charlottesville, Virginia), who passed away on December 29, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Tuttle and Ruth Tuttle; her husband Wesley Frederick Payne; her children, Russell Charles Payne and Sherry Lynne O'Brien; her siblings, Robert Tuttle, Harry Tuttle, Herbert Tuttle, Charles Tuttle, Ellen Voorhees and RuthAnna Smith; and her sister-in-law Harriet Clausen.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Payne Wood and Mark Wesley Payne; and her siblings, Frances Secord, Jack Tuttle, James Tuttle and Harold Tuttle.
