She was predeceased by: her husband James G. Gilbert; her parents, Ellis Frazier and Annie Mae Frazier; and her siblings, Ellis Frazier, Johnny Frazier, Jane Wood and Barbara Garrison.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Sullivan (Cliff Hunt) and Lisa Sullivan (Glenn Hall); her stepson Jimmy Gilbert; her grandchildren, Robbie Armstrong (Courtney) and Sara Mills; and her great grandchildren, RJ Armstrong, Austin Armstrong and Mia Mills. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
