She was predeceased by: her father Lester Clark; her husband Charles Mac Seale; her daughter Carolyn Seale Nicholson; and her siblings, Malvin Clark, J. P. Clark, Arnita Brown, Lucille Jarrell and Fay Tanner.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Seale Nicholson (Billy), Roger Maxwell Seale (Virginia) and Gary Randolph Seale (Beth); her sister Fern Williams; her grandchildren, Laura Seale, Caroline McHugh, Jonathan Seale, David Nicholson, Charlie Nicholson, Jodi Nicholson, Lisa Nicholson, Carla Ringgold, Nan, Randy Seale and Jodie Andriotty; her niece Laurel Sparks Jones; and her pets, Sonny and Smokey. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
