He was predeceased by: his father Henry P. Monroe Sr.; and his grandmother Lucille Myers. He is survived by: his mother Debra Robinson; his stepfather Kelvin Clark; his siblings, Henry P. Monroe Jr. (Monica) of Esmont and Crystal Smith (Loreno) of Fluvanna County; and his cousin Shaune'Robinson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
