The memory of Mary Francis Riley Price of Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on June 28, 2024 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Sidney Franklin Riley and Willie Ann Kirby Riley; her husband Horace Earl Price; her siblings, Otto Franklin Riley, Delsie Virginia Riley, Frederick "Peter" Sidney Riley, Hawthorne "Nat" Winston Riley, Amelia Riley (Fox) and Ethel Maxine Riley (Phelps); and her stepson Wayne Price.

She is survived by : her stepdaughters, Deloris Ann Sacre of Louisa, Debra K. Hill of Scottsville and Robin Gale Dill of Jonesville, SC; and her friends, John, Bonnie Tyler, Anthony "Tony" and Lee Ann Tyler. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hill and Wood Funeral Home - Charlottesville Chapel (201 1st St S, Charlottesville, VA 22902). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Holly Memorial Gardens (3251 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22911).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Piedmont.
