She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Windom Payne and James McKinley Payne. She is survived by: her friend Black; her husband Eugene Williams; her daughters, Karol Williams Biglow and Scheryl Williams Glanton (Robert L. Mitchell); her grandchildren, Hope Biglow McCallum (Andrew), Holly Lynn Biglow, Earl Eugene Biglow (Andrea Spriggs), Morgan Grace Glanton and David Howard Glanton; her great grandchildren, Jessica McCallum, Emily McCallum and Nyla Biglow; and her sister Isabel Payne Giles. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Jefferson School - African-American Heritage Center in honor of Lorraine Payne Williams.
