It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leslie Benjamin Disharoon of Charlottesville, Virginia, born in Paoli, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Merriwether Disharoon; his parents, Sally Disharoon and Theodore Lee Disharoon; his daughter Beth Wilgis; and his grandson Gregory Tolzmann.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lee Ann Tolzmann (David), Molly Wright and Carrie Souter (Charlie); his son-in-law Ford Wilgis (Beth); and his grandchildren, Cate Tolzmann Goodfriend (Joe), Sarah Tolzmann, Brett Morris (Lizzie), Lee Morris (Amy) and Brennan Morris (Chelsea). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that gifts be made in memory of Les to the Virginia Athletics Foundation, designated for the Men's Baseball Program (VAF, P.O. Box 400833, Charlottesville, VA 22904).
