She is survived by: her children, Jane Wingo Knox (Addie) and Henry Shell Knox of Charlottesville, VA; her siblings, Tish Haas Williams (George) of Bay St, Michael Durrett Haas Jr. (Barbie) of Bay St, Stephan Wingo Haas of Bay St, Jennifer Jung (Chuck) of Bay St and Elizabeth Haas Gardner (Vicki) of Bay St; her caregiver Kim; her nieces and nephews, Caroline Haas, Sarah Elder (Michael), Michael Haas III, Georgia Williams, Tricia Williams, Jake Gardner, Austin Gardner, Christopher Jung, Brandon Jung (Lindsey) and Alyssa Jung (Hayden Larroux Hoffman); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Helen and Charlie.
