He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Carlton Bennett and Lily Floyce Bennett (Chapman); and his pet Coco. He is survived by: his brother Joe Bennett of Indianapolis, Indiana; his daughter Erica Friedel (Rich) of Charlottesville, Virginia; and his granddaughters, Haylee, Hannah and Haidyn.
