He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Roberts and Laura Crawford Collier; his stepfather Elvin Collier; his foster parents, Goldie Aylor and Junior Aylor; his siblings, Christina Roberts and Claude Roberts, Jr.; his brother-in-law Roy McNeil; and his nephew James Roberts.
He is survived by: his siblings, Toni McNeil, Linda Johnson (Kenny), Bill Roberts (Debbie) and David Roberts; his foster siblings, EJ Aylor (Connie), Comer Aylor and Danny Aylor; and his nieces and nephews, Heather Franklin (Brandon), Ashley McNeil-Via (Mike) and Roy McNeil (Jessica).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Piedmont, 675 Jefferson Pkwy.
