He is survived by: his children, Carole Ferguson (Ray) of Henrico and Keith Holley, Jr. (Karla) of Waynesboro; his girlfriend Sue Pullen of Charlottesville; his brother Otis W. Holley; his grandchildren, Staunton and Everette C. Holley (Patsy) of Gordonsville; his sister Mary Wills (Pete) of Gordonsville; and his grandchildren, William Ferguson, Zachary Ferguson, Ethan Holley and Jocelyn Holley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
