She was predeceased by: her grandmother Michele Ferguson. She is survived by: her parents, Jamie Lee Wayne Carter and Rachel Maria Staub Carter; her sisters, Chloe and Autumn Carter; and her grandparents, Bobby, Gale Duggins of Lynchburg, VA, Fred, Ann Staub Marlboro, NJ and James Ferguson of Bedford, VA.. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins.
