We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2023, at the age of 85, Katherine Woolford Moyer of Charlottesville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Dorothy Woolford; her son Richard Moyer; and her siblings, Patrick Dudley, Florence Snead, Lewis "Jim" Woolford, Charles Woolford and John Woolford.
She is survived by: her significant other Roderick Shields Moyer, Jr.; her daughters, Renee Sampson (Scott) of Charlottesville, VA and Rachel Keller (Adrian) of Oak Ridge, NC; her granddaughters, Jordan Kennamer (Robert Smiley), Victoria Sampson, Katie Keller, Megan Keller, Emily Keller and Allison Keller; her great grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Serena and Remus Smiley; her daughter Monica Hott (Ryan) of Stephens City, VA; and her grandchildren, Leah and Caleb. She is also survived by several sisters-in-law who were like sisters and many nieces and nephews.
