He is survived by: his wife Jade Faulkner Miller; his daughter Alexis Quinn Miller; his parents, George Miller and Nancy Miller; his pets, Charlie and Tucker; his brother Chad Miller (Melanie); his parents-in-law, Chris Faulkner and Lyndon Faulkner (Lyca); his siblings-in-law, Rhiannon Cash (Daniel), Gabrielle Faulkner and Tom Faulkner; and his nieces and nephews, Karmen and Dilan.
