She was predeceased by: her brother Terrence Dear (Anne). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas C. Flynn; her children, Kiersten Gascon (Ray), Lauren Flynn (Dean Herbstreit), Darren Flynn (Laura Ranger-Flynn) and Sharon Flynn (Jim Kuznar); and her brother Rev. Charles Dear, Jr. (Donna).
Jessie, along with Tom, founded the Providence International Foundation, a ministry that included personally delivering shoes to orphanages in Transylvania, Romania.
