She is survived by: her significant other Pat Mahaffey; her daughter Brittain Mahaffey (John Beeler); her brother David Jolly; her siblings-in-law, Sandra McLeod, Steve Mahaffey and Marie Mahaffey; her niece Kathleen Megehee; and her nephews, Brian McLeod, Andrew Mahaffey and Michael Mahaffey.
