Bell (Phillip) of Charlottesville; her nieces, Delphine (Daniel), Tomala, Kendra and Diane; her great-nieces, Unique, Avis (Aaron), Dierra, Destiny, Raliegh and Micah; her nephews, Jeffrey (Pandora), Keith, James (Diane), Gregory and Derrick; her great-nephews, Markel, Ross, Jordan (Allie), Michael, Que'Jahn and Chance; her stepchildren, Alfred, Kareem, Julia, Valerie and Tanisha; her brothers-in-law, John Martin, Donald Martin and David Martin; and also, Aurora and Arianna. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A prayer was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 6:00 AM at the Mt. Zion First African Baptist Church (105 Ridge St, Charlottesville, VA 22902). Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
