He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie Hoy and Donna Hoy of Scottsville, VA; his brother Jeremy Hoy (Mandy); his nephews, Jayden of Palmyra, VA and Bryce Hoy of Palmyra, VA; his close friends, Tiffany Carter (Will), Jimmy Fortune, Jr. and RJ; and also Abigail of Concord, NC.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
