We bid farewell to Hedy Sue Roebuck Saunders of Charlottesville, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 9, 2025 at the age of 78. Hedy Sue touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Aubrey Saunders; her daughter Lillian Roebuck; and her parents, Jack Fagin and Geraldine Fagin. She is survived by: her former husband Frank Roebuck; her daughters, Tammy Prailey (Michael), Pamela Forloines and Laurie Nalls (Gary); her grandchildren, Siera Blakely (Clark), Joshua Hensley, Chet Prailey (Amanda), Dakoda Eades (Andrea), Bret Prailey (McKinley), Ariel Forloines, Macon Forloines and Colton Nalls; her great grandchildren, Charles Rigg (Prailey), Sutton Prailey, Piper Prailey, Carmen Prailey, Joaquin Eades, Lena Blakely, Michael Prailey, Hayes Blakely and Jace Prailey; her siblings, Sandra Baisey (James) and Martin Fagin; her nieces, Debra Pugh and Julie Gilbert; and her great-nephews, Matthew Pugh (Leah) and Austin Gilbert.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Teague Funeral Service (2260 Ivy Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22903).

Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
