She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Rebein; her children, Cynthia A. Myers (Fred), Karen L. McGann (Kenneth) and Scott F. Rebein (Lori); her grandchildren, David, Jaclyn, Jennifer, Taylor, Connor, Christopher, Emma, Michael, James, Matthew, John, Hunter, Ellyn, Lincoln, Olivia and Madeline; her sister-in-law K. Phillys Bartels; her brother Frank Herbert (Sheri); her former husband David Maddox; and also, Julia A. Rebein, Landon and Mackenzie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Of The Piedmont in Charlottesville, VA or St. George Catholic Church.
