He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harston Shull and Mattie Gertrude Bowling McClelland; his wife Wilma Seymour; and his grandson Luke. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Lockwood (Rod) of Charlottesville and George, Jr. (Cathy) of Scottsville, VA; his grandchildren, George R Seymour (Deana Seymour), Daniel A Seymour and Bobbi J Weeks; and his great grandchildren, Sean A Seymour, Shelby G Seymour, Sawyer W Seymour and Willow Weeks.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Darlington Cemetery.
