She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harold Trentman and Edys Marie Morgan Trentman; her husband Otis V. Zavertnik; and her sister Jeanne Marie Trentman Burleson. She is survived by: her children, William O. Zavertnik, Bobbie Jo Violet of Akron, Richard O. Zavertnik (Jean Ellen) of Salem, Phillip O. Zavertnik (Debra) of Midlothian, Timothy O. Zavertnik (Mary Zajac) of Severna Park, Jeanne Marie Holden (Bret) of Charlottesville, Virginia and Pauline Anne Zavertnik (Neal Young) of Charlottesville, Virginia; her grandchildren, Brad Zavertnik (Catharina), Ashley Foresman (Steven), Leigh Anne Gaither (Justin), Alison Kazlauskas (Eric), Morgan Zavertnik, Mary Ann Flick (Brian), Trent Holden, Andrew Zavertnik (Freida), Piper Holden, Chase Holden (Hannah Clark), Sarah Young (Sam Narayan), Nathan Young, Sr. (Amanda) and Berit Young (Gareth Leonard); and her great grandchildren, Claire Foresman, Cecelia Foresman, Virginia Kazlauskas, Annika Holden, Cristiano Zavertnik, Ayden Acuna, Leila Kazlauskas, Bengt Holden, Valentina Zavertnik, Nathan Young, Jr., Samuel Young, Sophia Leonard and Roman Leonard.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Episcopal Church (5607 Gordonsville Rd, Keswick, VA 22947).
