He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Virginia Lyn Cunningham (Edward Sidebottom) and Elizabeth Cunningham Bailey (Robert Bailey); his grandchildren, Lottie, Luke, Leo, William and Bo; and his sister Carolyn Cunningham Leckie.
