He is survived by: his girlfriend Laura Phillips of Charlottesville; his close friends, Tim Crabtree, Rita Crabtree, Rich Emnett and Randy McClay; and also, Margaret Phillips of Evanston, Illinois, Jennifer, Caitlin, Zoe Greathouse of Overland Park, Kansas and David Reschke of Des Plaines.
