He is survived by: his wife Louise Manka Veliky; his children, Laurie Veliky Booker (Granville Bradford Booker), Timothy Daniel Veliky (Melanie Foote Veliky) of Charlottesville and David John Veliky (Victoria Speakman Veliky) of Charlottesville; his grandchildren, Savannah Veliky, John Veliky, Madison Veliky, Jonah Veliky, Sutton Veliky, Harper Veliky, Emmaline Booker and Caroline Booker; and his siblings, Helen Veliky Crickenberger, Arlene Veliky Tiedje and Milan Veliky.
