He is survived by: his daughter DeUndra L. Mayo (Christopher) of Richmond; his wife Althea H. Mayo; his stepdaughter Adrienne Hill (Virginia) of Charlottesville; his stepgrandchildren, Jerriques (Brittany) of Richmond, Virginia, Jeremie and Lorenzo Christopher of Charlottesville, Virginia.; his siblings, Rose M. McClinton of Cartersville, Patricia D. Hilliard of Cartersville, John W. Mayo, Jr. (Dorothy) of Garner and Rev. Larry M. Mayo, Sr. (Vicey) of Goochland, Virginia.; his uncle Samuel Goode (Debbie) of Goochland; his godson Brian McClinton (Trevena) of Midlothian, Virginia.; his friend Darryl Mayo of Charlottesville, Virginia.; and his nephew Maurice Donikin El. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws.
