He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lace Frasher and Myrtle Lee Portis Frasher; his siblings, Jack Frasher and Patty Frasher Wallace; and his wife Joyce Johnson Frasher. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews.
