Perkins; his son Charles Shelton Perkins IV (Jennifer); his sisters, Nancy Perkins Romano of Vienna and Beth Perkins Goldstein of Roanoke, Virginia; and his sister-in-law Betty Lou Hill of Fredericksburg, Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
