Charles Lindy Gribble Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lindy Gribble (Charlottesville, Virginia), who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Wayne and Minnie Dodson Gribble; his wife Marie Stonesifer Gribble; and his brother Herbert Gribble. He is survived by: his children, Gene Allen Gribble (Loretta), Christine Louise Gribble Sutherly, Kimberly Dawn Gribble Haines (Mark) and Rebecca Lynn Gribble Kocik (Devin); his grandchildren, Caleb, Aaron, Hannah, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Ella, Eric and Christopher; his siblings, John Gribble and Ann Sacre; and his stepchildren, Sharon Cousins, Brenda Warner, Carl Yingling and Bruce Yingling. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
