Carl R. Huebner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl R. Huebner (Charlottesville, Virginia), who passed away on January 25, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Carl leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Huebner and Ida Huebner; and his sister Carol Lee (Neil) of Goodlettsville, Tenn.. He is survived by: his wife Maria Colom Huebner; his stepdaughter Lisa M. Hill of Woodbridge; and his daughters, Lori K. Frields (Jerrald) of New Concord and Lisa K. Castleman (Michael) of Lynn Haven, Fla.. He is also survived by three nieces; two nephews; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (401 Alderman Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22903).
