Candace A. Cone Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Candace A. Cone of Charlottesville, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 55. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Candace A. Cone to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Clifford Cone Jr.; her aunts, Connie Cone Errington and Sally Madden Howes; and her stepfather Frank Warner. She is survived by: her mother Alona Cone; her aunts and uncles, Doran, Pat Cone, Carlynn and Velma Cone; her cousins, LaShawna Mackura, Missy LaCava and Robert Cone; her stepsister Amanda Warner; and her pet Felix.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rock Creek Union Cemetery (3180 W Water St, Rock Creek, OH 44084). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1275 Timberwood Blvd, Charlottesville, VA 22911).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA or to cancer research centers such as the UVA Cancer Center or the American Cancer Society.
