She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleve Frazier and Sarah Frazier; her son Walter Allen Cook; and her sister Hattie. She is survived by: her husband Bernard Allen Cook of Charlottesville, VA; her children, Burnley Mark Cook of Manteo, NC and Constance Willson Bell of Stuarts Draft, VA.; her grandchildren, Kellie Cook Bell of Manteo, NC and John Matthew Bell of Davenport, FL.; her great grandchildren, Zachary Alan Bell (Carley) of Stuarts Draft, VA, Naru Illyana Bell of Davenport, FL and Burnley Lucas Bell of Manteo, NC; and her great great grandchild Gwendolyn Lee Bell of Stuarts Draft, VA.. She is also survived by her husband, family and friends.
