He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Elizabeth Keyser (Schmauch) and Riley Byrd Keyser, Jr.; his brother Norman Kay Keyser; his mother-in-law Elva Collins; and his pets, Archie and Barney.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Collins Keyser; his daughters, Elizabeth Keyser of Falls Church and Linda Keyser of Alexandria; and his nieces and nephews, Dandridge (Keyser), Wilson Davis, Wil, Emmie Davis of Henrico, Virginia, Jonathan, Sally Keyser, Grayson, Temple and Rowan Keyser of Pawleys Island.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
