He is survived by: his sons, Howard E. Sprouse and Kevin M. Sprouse (Dawn); his granddaughters, Sophie and Allie Sprouse; and his siblings, Clyde Franklin Sprouse, Charles E. Sprouse and Joyce M. Sprouse. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and 'adopted' children.
