She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Arthur William Morton, Sr.; her son Clyde; her grandson Adrian; her parents, Fred Shuford and Dorthrine Shuford; her sisters, Marie Evans, Bessie Venable and Patsie Foster; her sons, Arthur Jr. (Ollie) of Richmond, Franklin Sr. (Angela) and Lonnie (Darlene); her grandchildren, Alana, Tyler, Whitley, Alexander, Allison, Franklin Jr., Delonta, Omari and Lonnie "LJ"; her great grandchild Tyshawn; her aunt Edna Braddock of New York, NY; her siblings, Adell Blackwell of Norwalk, CT and Fred Shuford, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; her siblings-in-law, James (Valarie), Robert Douglas (Rose), Melvina, Florence Lockett and Glady Morton of Richmond; and her cousin Robinette Anderson-Mccarley. She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
Her legacy is the strength, caring heart, hardworking spirit and foundation she created for her sons and grandchildren.
