As Linda Reynolds departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Linda Reynolds may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Linda Reynolds leaves behind.

She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph Allison Burden; and her parents, Mildred Evens Reynolds and Norvell John Reynolds. She is survived by : her son Joseph Michael Burden (Nellie) of Oregon; her siblings, Jack Wayne Reynolds (Kary), Betty Reynolds Scruggs of Ashland and Barbara Reynolds Sheffield of Green Bay; and her stepdaughter Allison Burden Travis (Tim) of Oklahoma. She is also survived by cousins, great nephews and great nieces.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Puckett Funeral Home (115 Covington Ct, Farmville, VA 23901). A memorial service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Southside SPCA or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
