It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lealon Morris Vassar (Charlotte Court House, Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on November 22, 2017, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lealon Godfrey and Elizabeth Ruth Zabriskie Vassar. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Nichols Vassar; his children, Lealon Gregory Vassar (Cheryl), Shannon Vassar Feinman (Steve) and Karen Vassar Goodman (Jason) of Stafford; his grandchildren, Lealon Matthew Vassar, Cameron Leighton Vassar, Meredith Vassar Feinman, Cole Joseph Feinman, Keaton Elizabeth Goodman, Wilder Matthew Goodman and Carys Vassar Goodman; and his sister Faith Vassar Shore (Forrest) of Randalman, NC..
